On August 16th, 1977, we lost the biggest icon in American history. We lost the man who not only revered as the creator and king of rock and roll, but crossed genres with #1 hits in pop, gospel, and country music while becoming a movie star all at the same time. On August 16th, 1977, we lost Elvis Presley.

Every year tens of thousands of Elvis fans converge on Memphis, TN to celebrate The King during Elvis Week, the week of his death. This year, Minnesota Elvis fans don’t have to make the trek, because they can celebrate with Minnesota’s own Anthony Shore.


August 16th, Anthony brings his all star band to The Parkway Theater in Minneapolis to celebrate the 37th anniversary of Elvis’ passing with his show, “Remembering Elvis”.

Anthony grew up in England and honed his craft working cruise ships in Europe before moving to Minneapolis just a few years ago.

He has stunned audiences all over the world and won multiple awards all over the United States including top three finishes in Memphis during Elvis Week and his biggest prize, 1st place in Milwaukee for a $25,000 purse.
